The US Revealed Putin's Further Plan For The West And War Against Ukraine

The dictator has chosen a strange strategy for the RF.

Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin remains committed to his theory of victory, according to which Russia is capable of "outlasting" Ukraine and the West in a war of attrition.

This is according to a report by the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

Analyses by the Institute for the Study of War concluded that the Russian dictator does believe that the Russian Federation has victory over Ukraine and is waiting for its complete surrender.

Putin's strategy for defeating Ukraine, and in confronting the collective West, is a war of attrition, which provides its own rules.

War of attrition is a battle of endurance in which it matters more who lasts longer. The winner is not the one who advances faster, but the one who has the resources, economy and moral strength to hold on longer.

Putin acknowledged that the strikes on refineries in Russia were a large-scale campaign by Kiev

Also, ISW experts say the Russian dictator acknowledged Ukraine's large-scale campaign to strike refineries amid gasoline shortages and rising prices in the occupied territories.

Peace talks with Russian Federation

The last serious attempt to move closer to peace was Putin's meeting in Alaska with White House chief Donald Trump.

The day before, the Russian Federation recognized that the "momentum" regarding the settlement of the war at the meeting of leaders in Alaska - exhausted.

We recall that after the meeting in Alaska, the United States and Ukraine offered Putin to hold talks at the level of leaders. However, the Kremlin chief actually refused to do so, saying that President Vladimir Zelensky should allegedly come to Moscow if he was "ready" for talks.

Ukraine and the United States doubted Russia's willingness to come to peace

Zelensky responded to Putin's offer to come to Moscow and emphasized that Russia is not interested in a peaceful settlement and is avoiding negotiations, demonstrating this with appropriate signals.

Subsequently, already Trump doubted the meeting between Zelensky and Putin. The US leader said he was disappointed with Putin and was sure that the dictator would lose.
