A General Who Reported To Putin On The Occupation Of Kupyansk Has Mysteriously Disappeared In Russia
Sergey Kuzovlev

It's possible that he was the one who was found dead the other day.

A general who recently reported to Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin on the occupation of the town of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, has disappeared in Russia. It is possible that he is the one who was found dead the other day.

According to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with PAP.

In particular, on November 20, Russian Colonel-General Sergei Kuzovlev reported to Putin that the Russian army had fully occupied Kupyansk. However, Zelensky later arrived in Kupyansk on December 12 and recorded a video from there, refuting the Russian Federation's claim of occupation.

As for the general, judging by the president's words, he was probably referring to him.

"Putin often spoke about control over cities.... We saw videos of the general reporting their capture. And then I went to Kupyansk, and the situation was really difficult, and the front line was very close. However, our armed forces control Kupyansk," - said Zelensky.

He added that recently there was information that the Russian general was found dead. Therefore, the head of state does not rule out that this is the person he was referring to.

"Then this general disappeared to who knows where. Yesterday or the day before, there was news that he was found dead. I think it's the same general. Every piece of information should be checked ten times, but if he is missing, I will not be surprised at all," summarized the Ukrainian president.
