In the Irkutsk region, a participant in the war against Ukraine Kirill Putintsev was detained on suspicion of murdering a 24-year-old resident of the town of Svirsk.

According to the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the man hid after the crime in an abandoned building, where he was found by police officers.

The murder took place on December 19. As "People of Baikal" wrote, the 24-year-old "hero of SVO" inflicted numerous blows to his cohabitant, including stab wounds, from which she died. The publication specifies that the attack occurred after the girl took the child to school. The deceased left two children aged eight and five years.

Telegram-channel "Svodka 38" reported that previously convicted of hijacking Kirill Putintsev took part in the war against Ukraine, where he was captured. While in captivity, he recorded a video message asking to be included in the lists for exchange.
