The President of the European Commission named the amount excluding the new loan of 90 billion euros.

The European Union (EU) has provided Ukraine with 193 billion euros in aid, excluding a new loan of 90 billion euros. This was announced by the President of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen on social network X.

"We have already provided 193 billion euros of financial, military and humanitarian aid. And we have just agreed on another 90 billion for the next two years," the EC chief wrote.

European Union leaders decided earlier at a summit in Brussels to issue a total debt of 90 billion euros. The move is aimed at providing financing for Kiev's needs instead of using frozen Russian assets.
