For ten months of this year, Belarus bought $24 million worth of cheese and cottage cheese from Russian producers.

According to the calculations of the portal "Agroexport", it is the second consumer of these Russian products in the world after Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan purchased $69 million worth of cheese and cottage cheese for the specified time period.

The top five fans of "Russian" and "Prostokvashino" also include residents of Uzbekistan (imports - more than 17 million dollars), Kyrgyzstan (almost 7 million) and Azerbaijan (more than 4 million).

Together, according to "Agroexport", in January-October 2025, Russia exported about 27 thousand tons of cheese and cottage cheese worth more than 139 million dollars. The buyers were 65 countries. Compared to the same period last year, this is an increase of 13%.
