Russia Hides Data On Participants In The War In Ukraine

This system has been named ODOC.

The publication "Important News" found out that Russia has built into the register of civil registry offices a mechanism that allows hiding any data on war participants. This system was called ODOC - special category data processing. It was created by the company "Mikord", which is also involved in the development of a unified register of military records.

ODOK allows you to hide from the register of civil registry data "protected persons" - this category includes people who are considered objects of state protection, mainly officials. The system also allows hiding the data of participants of the war with Ukraine. It is not known who exactly can initiate the concealment of data.

Because of the deletion mechanism, some families of participants of the war with Ukraine cannot receive payments for children or necessary certificates. Users of the registry complain about the problems in their appeals to Mikord.
