Foreign Minister of Belarus said that the visit to a number of countries had to be postponed.
Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhenkov described how Lukashenko's lengthy tour was planned.
The usurper returned from a 12-day tour on December 7. He visited Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Algeria and twice Oman. The talks in the latter country looked strange and semi-secret.
Ryzhenkov told STV that it was difficult to draw up such an itinerary. In part because of the usurper's health problems.
"Where to start? How to combine the countries? This is a very difficult question. The question is very complicated both for the protocol (protocol part) and politically. You are absolutely right when you said that for some countries it matters when you come to a region - where you go first.
Some claim to go only to them. Other countries that may not have good relations with the countries we are going to would not really want us to fly to them from an unfriendly country or to fly from them to an unfriendly country," Ryzhenkov said.
But another important point is the health of the 71-year-old dictator. The Foreign Ministry is now forced to push back on this issue as well.
"We realize that our 'president', though ironclad, is still a human being. Therefore, we need to fulfill the minimum things related to some small rest for him, so that the time zones are not too dramatic for his health. So that there would be an opportunity to prepare for each meeting, so that there would not be a big difference in climatic things," Ryzhenkov said.
The Foreign Minister added that several other countries were planned for the tour. He did not name them, but noted that they were postponed until the first quarter of next year.
