CNN: Zelensky Refuses To Sign Agreement With The U.S.

Everything will be decided at the conference in Munich.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not sign the financial agreement on rare earth minerals that US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent offered him on February 12 in Kyiv.

CNN reported. “He had hoped to meet US President Donald Trump in person to discuss a wide-ranging vision of peace, after the US president suggested Friday they might meet imminently, and his team immediately set about trying to schedule it. Instead he was presented with what Zelenksy called 'serious people' — and a largely financial deal handed over by Bessent, the US billionaire turned money-man, which he didn’t sign,” the article reads.

As reported by Suspilne Novyny, Zelensky informed US President Donald Trump that Ukraine had received a draft of the rare earth minerals agreement and had begun analyzing the proposal. According to the report, the final answer will be given in Munich during a meeting with US Vice President J.D. Vance.
