Kadyrov's Minor Son Becomes Judge In Egypt

It is about resolving commercial and economic disputes at the interstate level.

Adam, the minor son of Chechnya's head Ramzan Kadyrov, has received an indefinite certificate as a member of the Arab Court of Arbitration.

This is an instance under the League of Arab States, which resolves commercial and economic disputes both between legal entities and at the interstate level.

Adam, 17, was also awarded the medal ‘Guest of Honour of Libya’. This happened during the visit of a Chechen delegation to Egypt, Ramzan Kadyrov said.

Representatives of the republic travelled to Cairo to coordinate interaction between the general secretariat of the Council of Arab Economic Unity and Chechnya. Protocols on co-operation between the Arab Court of Arbitration and some of Russia's regional institutions were signed during the visit. Commenting on his son's appointment and new award, Kadyrov said that ‘this step demonstrates a high level of trust and recognition of his contribution to developing international cooperation’. For his part, Chechen State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov described the newly appointed member of the Arab Arbitration Tribunal as ‘a comprehensively developed young specialist’.

Adam Kadyrov is included in the Russian Book of Records as the youngest head of the security service of a head of a Russian entity. He gained widespread fame at the age of 15 when he beat up in Grozny pre-trial detention centre Nikita Zhuravel, a Volgograd resident accused of burning the Koran. After that, awards were poured on Kadyrov's son. He was awarded the title of hero of Chechnya, the Order of Duslyk - the second most important award of Tatarstan, the Order of Merit of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and the Order of Merit of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, the religious Order of Merit of the Ummah and the Order of Service to the Religion of Islam, First Class. In December, Adam became an honoured journalist and an ‘excellent first aid attendant’. In total, he has at least 15 awards on his record. He has also been supervising the Russian Special Forces University named after Putin in Grozny since last year.
