Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski reminded Belarusian Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhankou about the conditions for a return to dialogue. The statement was made on the X social network in response to Ryzhankou's rudeness in the direction of Sikorski after the so-called elections in Belarus.
