Groups Of Russians Surrendering In Kharkiv Region

The ‘Charter’ fighter has explained what is happening.

In general, it has become relatively calmer, at least for the Ukrainian fighters, north of Kharkiv on the area of responsibility of the 13 ‘Charter’ brigade. This was said by the representative of the brigade Volodymyr Degtyarev on air ‘Kyiv24’.

‘The reason for this is, on one hand, the weather conditions, the snow is melting, it is raining, it becomes more difficult to move on wheeled transport, in particular the movement of tracked vehicles is very much restricted, because it is controlled by both the enemy and us,’ he stressed.

The speaker added that on the other hand this situation is influenced by the moral and psychological state of the enemy, which has deteriorated greatly.

‘Only for the last week, several groups of Russian servicemen surrendered, almost without a single shot from our side, if we do not take into account the constant pressure by drones, drops, artillery and the destruction of all their logistics. We see that they (the occupants - ed.) are ready to surrender, and not only the rank and file, but also sergeants and even one officer,’ Degtyarev noted.
