The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, Andrei Kovalenko, said that Russian troops almost completely destroyed the city of Sudzha in the Kursk region.

“The Russian army almost completely destroyed the city of Sudzha with airstrikes,” he wrote on Telegram.

Kovalenko noted that the city and its surroundings were destroyed. According to him, there are few surviving civilian buildings there.

Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War confirmed on March 11 that Russian troops continue to advance in the Kursk region and have probably begun an offensive on Sudzha, a city that has been under the control of the Ukrainian army until now.
