How Lukashenka Humiliated Himself In Moscow

Either a clown or a scarecrow.

On the second day of his visit to Moscow, the ruler of Belarus spoke at the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. As Salidarnasts writes, Aliaksandr Lukashenka played the role of a scarecrow in his usual manner during this trip.

However, this time he expanded his repertoire somewhat, for some reason starting at a certain point to justify himself to Russian senators, personally addressing Valentina Matviyenko:

— Don’t worry about the fact that Lukashenka changed the government. That one was good, this one is bad. Listen, well, he changed it, did I do something unconstitutional, illegal? Why raise this storm? A new prime minister has come, intelligent ministers, but only a new generation. I promised this. Listen, it shouldn’t be like this. Well, we are not eternal. Well, Valentina Ivanovna, well, we are not eternal.

But even this seemed insufficient to him. Lukashenka began to colorfully explain why he went for reappointment:

— I was not going to run for these “elections”, I already said this, but there was a whole storm there. Valentina Ivanovna was also in favor of me not running away. But it was clearly told to all our people — in five years we must prepare a new generation. And I did a lot to roll some governors, on the ground. Forgive me, but you have to walk on sh*t to understand its smell.

Russian Telegram channels also drew attention to Lukashenka's humiliation. As “Den Oprichnika” writes, the dictator played his usual role of a clown in front of the Federation Council:

— Aliaksandr Lukashenka spoke in the Federation Council and enlightened the senators that Belarus will not become part of Russia in the near future, just as Russia will not become part of Belarus.

Members of the upper house listened with surprise about the “Oreshnik” promised to Lukashenka by Putin, and which, as it turned out, is mostly produced in Belarus.

No less interesting was the story about how the old man raised governors, preparing them for senator's seats. He explained to them “on the ground, excuse me, on sh*t, you must walk so that you can understand its smell.”

At the end, he traditionally declared that he is not eternal, and received an honorary badge of the Federation Council. Lukashenka knows how to be a clown, you can't take that away.
