Trump Holds Phone Talks With Putin

The first details emerge.

U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin are holding a phone conversation on Tuesday, March 18.

The start of the call between Putin and Trump was announced by White House aide and Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino.

"What’s happening right now – President Trump is in the Oval Office speaking with Putin," he wrote on Twitter.

According to him, the conversation began at 10:00 AM Central European Time, or 5:00 PM Minsk time.

He stated that the discussion is going well and is still ongoing.
