Fighting Underway In Three Districts In Belgorod Region Of Russia

The AFU have managed to advance deep into Russia.

Ukrainian forces have advanced in Russia's Belgorod region. Geolocation footage of 18 and 19 March recorded the AFU's advance to the south and south-west of Demidovka, Dialogue.UA writes.

At the same time, Z-channel Rybar claims that Ukrainian forces have advanced to the south-west of Grafovka. Analysts from the Institute for War Studies have reported on the situation in Belgorod Region and Kursk Region over the past 24 hours. Back on 18 March, the press service of the Russian Defence Ministry announced the successful repelling of an AFU attack near Demidovka and Prilesie. Many Z-channels also confirmed that on 18 and 19 March fighting was taking place near Demidovka, Grafovka and Prylesie.

The Rybar channel claims that Ukrainian forces maintain all their positions along the border of Sumy and Belgorod regions.

Z-channels report that units of the 40th Marine Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces are fighting against the AFU in Belgorod Region. In Kursk Region, the Russian army continues its attempts to drive the AFU out of the region completely.

Russian war correspondents report attacks near Gogolevka, Oleshnia, Guevo, Gornal (Kursk Region) and Basivka (Sumy Region).
