A resident of Klicheu district, who works in one of the local agricultural organisations, has applied for a personal appointment to the district prosecutor's office with a complaint about violating labour legislation on the part of the employer.

The inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office revealed that four employees of the organisation had been deprived of days off for three months, and their overtime work exceeded the established norms.

It was also found that the organisation had been delaying the payment of wages, violating the wage calculation procedure and failing to comply with the minimum state standards for wages.

As a result, the employer voluntarily paid the employees underpayments totalling over 1.6 thousand roubles.

The district prosecutor initiated administrative proceedings against the director and chief economist of the organisation for violating labour legislation.
