Egypt is preparing for an ambitious project — the creation of a new administrative capital of the country, located just 45 km from Cairo. This mega-project, known as New Administrative Capital, aims not only to relieve overcrowded Cairo, but also to turn the country into one of the main business centers of the Middle East. Investors and international businesses are already showing great interest in it, writes the publication “Comments”.

With the start of construction in 2016, this project promises to be the biggest economic stimulus for Egypt in decades. The construction of the new capital involves not only the creation of modern infrastructure for government agencies, but also the development of financial districts, office complexes and skyscrapers.
In addition, the goal is to introduce advanced technologies to ensure the digital transformation of government processes.
The key objectives of New Administrative Capital:
Relieving Cairo and reducing overcrowding in the capital.
Accelerating the digitalization of public administration.
Creating a new economic hub in the Middle East.

The Egyptian authorities are already planning to move government offices to the new city, and are actively inviting international businesses to participate in the project. Although the exact completion dates have not yet been determined, investors are already showing interest in this large-scale initiative, since the new capital should become a key factor in the development of the country's economy.
