AFU Liberate New Territories In Kharkiv Region

The Ukrainian Defence Forces have had success in Kharkiv region, where they managed to push back the enemy north of the village of Zapadne of Dvurechanska community of Kupyansk district. Also, the AFU managed to liberate some areas in the region, the corresponding changes analysts put on the online map of military operations. At the same time, the tense situation remains in Kursk region of Russia, where the enemy had success in one of the directions during the day. This became known from the summary of the DeepState project on the night of 6 March.
‘The liberated territories in Kharkiv region have been clarified,’ the report said.

Also analysts reported that the Russian Armed Forces managed to push back the Ukrainian military in Kursk region.

At the same time, the AFU General Staff notes that the Kursk direction is now one of the ‘hottest’ on the front. Over the day, there were 27 military clashes between the Defence Forces and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Russians are attacking the positions of the Ukrainian military with aircraft, artillery weapons, dropping smart bombs. They also use multiple rocket launchers.
‘The enemy carried out 16 air strikes, dropped 23 smart bombs, carried out 359 artillery shelling of our troops’ positions and settlements,' reads the General Staff's summary for 5 March.
At the same time, the Russians significantly reduced the number of attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. According to analysts of the DeepState project, a minimum record of 17 times per day was recorded on 4 March. On 5 March, the General Staff confirmed that the enemy was not carrying out active actions in this direction: the Russian Armed Forces attempted to break through the defence 16 times during the day.
