Has the dictator completely lost his mind?

On April 2, Aliaksandr Lukashenka signed Directive No. 11 "On Improving the Functioning of the System of Government Bodies and Administration, Strengthening Executive Discipline," according to the dictator's press service.

One of the most notable points in the directive is a direct ban on "unjustified meetings, including in remote format." It is worth noting that holding meetings on various bizarre topics, including in a teleconference (remote) format, has long been one of Lukashenka's favorite activities.
