The government has prepared changes on taxes for those who receive income from personal subsidiary farming. The draft law published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
In Belarus, those who receive income from private subsidiary farms do not pay tax on the sale of such products. But if during the inspection by the tax authorities it turns out that such income for the year exceeds 200 basic units (now it's Br8,400), the person will have to pay a tax of 10%.
