The Occupier Said On The Air Of RosTV That He Deliberately Mutilated Ukrainian Prisoners Of War

The confession came during a weekly news program.

An occupier from the 5th separate tank brigade of the Russian army Dugar Zhamnyanov admitted to committing war crimes on the air of RosTV.

According to Censor.NET, the Russian stated that he cut off captives' fingers on their hands so that they could not shoot. A video with a fragment of the propagandists' broadcast was published on social networks.

"A Russian military man directly says that he mutilated captured Ukrainian snipers by cutting off their index fingers. The confession came straight from a weekly news program on Russian federal television. Evidence that should be definitely kept for history," the author of the publication notes in the commentary to the video.
