The Labor Market In Belarus Is In A Fever

The biggest shortage of labor force is in Minsk region.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection told about the shortage of labor force in the country.

On July 1, 2025, employers declared information about the availability of 220.6 thousand free jobs. Of these, more than 25 thousand with housing.

The demand for workers in the professions of workers amounted to about 68% of the total number of vacancies.

It is noted that the largest number of vacant jobs (63.4 thousand) is in Minca.

The situation in the regions as of July 1 was as follows:

Minsk region - 36.5 thousand vacancies;

Brest region - 27.2 thousand;

Gomel region - 24.8 thousand;

Homel region - 24.8 thousand;

Hrodna region - 23.4 thousand;

Vitebsk region - 22.9 thousand;

Mogilev region - 22.3 thousand.
