U.S. Accuses China Of Supporting Russian Army

There was a fierce argument in the UN Security Council.

The US has accused China of supporting Russian Federation's war. A bitter dispute took place at the UN Security Council, Reuters reported.

Washington said Beijing should stop supplying dual-use goods that strengthen the Russian army.

At a U.N. Security Council meeting, U.S. Representative Dorothy Shea bluntly accused China of aiding Russia's aggression against Ukraine.

She said Chinese components are regularly found in drones, weapons and equipment that Russian Federation uses in attacks.

Washington urged Beijing to stop exporting dual-use goods that find their way into Russia's military-industrial complex and allow the Kremlin to maintain a high tempo of strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure.

In response, Chinese spokesman Geng Shuang said his country is not a party to the conflict and has never supplied lethal weapons.

He called on the United States to stop provoking confrontation and instead "promote ceasefire and dialogue."

With this background, Reuters published an investigation into schemes to deliver Chinese engines to Russia through fictitious firms.

According to journalists, the engines are disguised as "industrial refrigeration units" to circumvent Western sanctions.
