The dictator has accelerated the withdrawal of his money.

While Lukashenko continues to engage in agrotherapy in the fields, the really serious negotiations are going on elsewhere.

The junta's Ministry of Finance continues to work in its unchanged "re-borrow to re-release" format, writes Telegram channel "Nick and Mike".

A few billion are urgently needed to refinance old debts and to keep the oil refinery functioning. The only way to get it is from Russia. But whether it will be available in the necessary amount is a big question. And it is not only that there is no desire to support an ally in the previously existing volume (especially after the war it is not needed at all). It is that Russia does not have the opportunity.

At the end of July 2025, the Russian budget deficit will amount to about 4.3 trillion rubles, which is higher than the plan for the year - 3.8 trillion. There are no prospects for improving the situation. Oil revenues will fall, not to "spongers". Plus punishment for foreign policy disorderly ties and a disappointing health forecast.

Lukashenko himself understands everything perfectly well. That's why he accelerated the withdrawal of money through megaprojects like "North Bank". This scheme of currency withdrawal abroad was established in the late Soviet times, when the best construction contractors suddenly became Yugoslavian companies.

The world is preparing to live without Lukashenko. The dictator is preparing to go. In such a scenario, first of all, the prikorytny business and agrohunta will be crushed - the example of Assad is the most eloquent in this regard. All Belarusians will have a hard time, too, if they do not prepare for this moment.
