A Train Derailed In Germany: There Are Victims

About 50 people were injured.

A passenger train derailed in Germany on the evening of Sunday, July 27, resulting in deaths and injuries.

According to Spiegel.

The incident occurred in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg, near the town of Riedlingen in the district of Biberach, at around 18:10 local time.

Police said three people were killed in the incident. The dead include a train driver and another Deutsche Bahn (DB) employee.

The Biberach district fire department said about 50 people were injured, 25 of them seriously.
