On the Seversk direction, units of the 54th separate mechanized brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa conducted one of the rare for modern warfare - a direct tank battle with the enemy.

Unique footage that appeared online recorded the moment when a Ukrainian tank went into a close maneuver against a Russian tank. The brigade crew took an advantageous position and opened direct fire from close range, Censor.NET informs.
