The General Prosecutor's Office sent the case of the deputy director of one of the state enterprises in Zhodzina to court. He was in charge of economy and commerce, and at the same time took bribes from commercial firms that wanted to receive the plant's products uninterruptedly, writes "Zerkalo".

The investigation found that in November-December 2024, the man agreed with businessmen that he would help with shipments - for a financial reward. One of the episodes - the transfer of a bank card from the representative of the company. Through it, the deputy director gained access to an account in a Russian bank, from which he withdrew 300,000 Russian rubles in late November and early December.

In another case, his debt of 100,000 Russian rubles was repaid by the interested firm. And in January 2025, he received another 300 thousand Russian rubles through a third party who did not know that he was involved in a corruption scheme.

The man was charged under Part 2 of Article 430 of the Criminal Code (large-scale bribery). He is in custody.
