An Entire Family Was Trapped Under The Rubble Of A House In Kiev

The pensioner miraculously survived and is waiting for rescuers to get her grandchildren and children.

In Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev, where an entire entrance of an apartment building collapsed as a result of a night attack by the Russian Armed Forces, people continue to search for people under the rubble.

A pensioner is waiting for rescuers to find her family members at the site of the tragedy. Four of the woman's relatives remain under the ruins of what was once her apartment, reports "TSN".

"Grandson 22, the second - 18. The son is 43 and the daughter-in-law is 47. They are quite grown up children. Four of us survived. We were all in the apartment. I didn't hear the bang. I heard my son. I don't know how I grabbed on. I had the windows on me. My son and I ran out. And in the other rooms, four of my family remained," the woman cries.

In the meantime, the removal of the rubble continues. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as of 15:30 it is already known about nine dead Kiev citizens.

More than 1200 rescuers and police officers are involved in the removal of the rubble of multi-storey buildings. Employees of the State Emergency Service have already about 500 tons of building structures, removed 36 destroyed vehicles. Four canine teams were involved in the search for people under the rubble.
