Drones Attacked Borisoglebsk In Voronezh Region

A fire broke out near a military airfield.

Unknown drones attacked Borisoglebsk in Russia's Voronezh region on the night of July 5. After the attack, a fire was recorded in the area of the military airfield

According to RBC-Ukraine with reference to Russian Telegram channels and NASA's fire monitoring system.

In particular, today Russians complained that at about 2 a.m. local time, powerful explosions were heard in the sky above the city. As SHOT writes, there were about 8-10 strong "pops".

There was no official comment on the aftermath of the attack. Although before the explosions, the region's governor Alexander Gusev warned of the threat of an attack, and claims that several drones were allegedly shot down.

Later in the morning, NASA's fire monitoring system reported that a fire had been recorded near the Borisoglebsk military airfield.

What the consequences of the fire were and what was attacked is currently unknown.
