On the fifth anniversary of the beginning of mass protests, which started on the day of the presidential election in Belarus in 2020, Belarusian diasporas from different European cities held solidarity actions.

The main topic was the fate of Belarusian political prisoners - as of August 9, 2025, there are 1187 of them (although in fact, there are almost certainly many more people behind bars for their beliefs).
