The founder of Russia's largest real estate developer "Samolet" Mikhail Kenin died at the 57th year of his life, according to the company's statement received by RBC.
Kenin was a member of the board of directors of "Samolet" and co-owner (29.12% share, according to SPARK, the largest shareholder). At the beginning of August, the group of companies ranked first in Russia in terms of the volume of housing under construction: 4.7 million square meters (249 houses with 110,300 apartments), which is almost 4% of all housing construction in Russia.
It is noteworthy that the Russian media call Kenin the purse strings of disgraced Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
