Putin Spoke To Kim Jong-un By Phone

The Russian dictator told his counterpart about his upcoming meeting with Trump.

Russian ruler Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, the Kremlin press service said.

"The Russian president also shared information with Kim Jong-un in the context of the upcoming talks with US President Donald Trump," the press service said.

In the course of the conversation, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further development of cooperation in all areas in line with the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty between Russia and the DPRK signed in Pyongyang on June 19, 2024, and agreed on further contacts.
