The cry of the soul of a mother of Belarusian schoolchildren.

A mother of three schoolchildren told Charter97.org about preparing for the new school year:

- The first thing that a lot of money is spent on is uniforms. For whom it is invented and designed, I do not know. But everyone is required to have one at the beginning of the year. I will not list how much it costs - you can find something cheaper, but worse in quality. But that's not the point, because after a week or two children start going to school in what they are comfortable in, not a fashion show. Everyone is already used to the fact that this is a formality, which it is desirable to fulfill. And mostly everyone fulfills it.

We have also adapted to compulsory meals - we pay for lunches and give our children food to take with them.

We usually start "cheering" for Lukashist parades and hockey.

Our children are already in middle school, and they all have phones. It is clear that the phone today is not just a means of communication, but a computer with various useful functions. Yes, of course, sometimes kids misuse it. But to take away a personal thing and pass it off as concern for children is absurd.

In my opinion, children today can more easily distinguish Samsung from iPhone than a cow from a bull. For them, the phone is a toy, a means of communication, and a source of knowledge. And for me, as a mom, it's peace of mind and confidence that my children are okay.

And the innovation with video surveillance for me - a total horror. They want to keep our children not only without communication with their relatives, but also to control them every minute, to film them on camera. Who has the right to film my child without my permission?

This is not care, but a prison. Take care of the children: put drinking water bottles and put toilet paper in the toilets. Don't endlessly collect money with the cover of children's needs.
