There Were Explosions Near The Airfield And Sevastopol In Crimea

A missile and drone attack is reported.

On the evening of August 13 and after midnight, the temporarily occupied Crimea was restless: monitoring channels reported drone strikes, while Russian military blogs warned of the threat of Neptun-type missiles.

In the night attack, explosions were heard particularly in the area of the Saki airfield, as well as near the city of Sevastopol. "Focus" gathered information about the shelling.

The air alert in temporarily occupied Crimea was declared around 21:30 hours. Local channels warned of the threat of attack drones for Yevpatoria, Saki and Novofedorovka.

At around 22:25 hours, the Telegram channel "Crimean Wind" reported the sound of a missile flying over the city, which was moving from the south on a course to the north.

Soon explosions erupted near the local airfield "Saki" in Novofedorovka. Locals there heard at least three loud explosions.

Also around 10:30 p.m. in temporarily occupied Crimea warned of a missile threat. Russians in particular mentioned the threat due to Neptun missiles.

The attack on the peninsula also continued after midnight. At around 00:40 hours, explosions occurred in the Andreevka neighborhood near Sevastopol. The network also showed footage from the scene where explosions can be heard.

There was no information on the aftermath or impact of the overnight attack on Crimea at the time of publication.

Airl alert on the night of August 13-14, Russians also declared an air alert in Russia's Volgograd region. There, local authorities imposed restrictions on the operation of the local airport in Volgograd.
