Sky News: Europe Is Actively Looking For Places For A Possible Meeting Between Trump, Zelensky And Putin

The trilateral meeting depends on how the Alaska summit goes.

European allies are looking for possible venues for a trilateral meeting between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, United States leader Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

This is reported by Sky News.

"Allies are 'actively' evaluating several European locations for a possible meeting between Donald Trump, Vladimir Zelenskyy and Vladimir Putin," the publication reported, citing its own EU sources.

It is noted that the trilateral meeting depends on how Trump and Putin's summit in Alaska goes, but the allies agree that the venue for the second talks should be in Europe.

"If tomorrow's meeting is successful, EU and US leaders are expected to hold a phone call regarding the next meeting between all three leaders on Saturday afternoon," the Sky News article said.

The publication said Zelensky had previously suggested Rome as the venue, but France, Finland, Spain and Germany are suggesting Geneva as a more neutral location.
