Ukrainian Defense Forces Hit Nikolskoye NPS In Russian Federation

Oil transit via Druzhba is stopped.

On the night of August 18, units of the Unmanned Systems Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, struck the Nikolskoye oil pumping station in the Tambov region of the Russian Federation.

The the press service of the AFU General Staff reported.

The consequences of the strike include a fire at the facility and a complete stop of oil pumping through the Druzhba pipeline.

According to the Ukrainian side, the Nikolskoye oil pumping station is part of Russia's economic infrastructure and is involved in supplying the occupation troops.

"The Ukrainian Defense Forces are consistently working to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian Federation in order to completely stop the armed aggression," the report said."
