Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz arrived in the United States for the talks, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
