Two criminal cases have been filed against him.
Chairman of the Azerbaijan-Ural organization Shahin Shykhlinski has been detained in Moscow and taken for questioning to the Investigative Committee in Ekaterinburg, the 66.ru publication reports, citing a source.
The same information is confirmed by an E1.ru interlocutor from the entourage of the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Urals. According to him, Shykhlinski is currently involved in investigative actions in one of the criminal cases in which he was arrested earlier.
In the meantime, the source 66.ru claims that two criminal cases have been opened against Shykhlinski: under articles on murder and use of violence against a representative of the authorities. The exact status of the head of the diaspora is still unknown.
At the end of July it became known that the Russian Interior Ministry declared Shakhin Shykhlinski wanted.
