The Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the fuel and refueling complex of Sochi airport in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the General Staff of the AFU on Monday, August 4.
The operation was carried out by the AFU Unmanned Systems Force in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces on August 3.
According to the General Staff, a heavy fire broke out at the facility. It is known that the airfield also housed the army aviation of the Russian occupiers.
"The Defense Forces continue to take all measures to undermine the military and economic potential of the enemy and stop the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine," the General Staff said.
On the night of August 3, the Russian Telegram channel Astra wrote that drones attacked an oil depot in the city of Adler in Russia's Krasnodar region.
