Erdogan May Soon Visit Kiev

The Turkish head of state could arrive as early as this week.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may soon visit Kiev at the invitation of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

This is reported by the Turkiye Gazetesi with reference to the ambassador to Ukraine in Ankara Nariman Jelal.

It is noted that a free trade agreement and peace efforts in the war between Russia and Ukraine will be on the agenda of the visit.

On July 28, the Turkish president said that his country was ready to organize a peace negotiation table to end Russia's war against Ukraine.
