"Lukashenko Needs To Be Stopped Once And For All."

Ukrainian MPs supported the struggling Belarusians.

The Ukrainian inter-factional deputy association "For Democratic Belarus" released its statement on the fifth anniversary of the revolution in Belarus .

"The real Belarus is not Lukashenko's regime. The real Belarus is the Belarusian volunteers who defend Ukraine as part of the Kastus Kalinowski regiment and other units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

These are the Belarusian democratic forces, which consistently remind the world of the importance of the fight against the regime," reads the statement, which was published by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexei Honcharenko.

The Ukrainian MPs said Lukashenko has finally turned into a Kremlin aide who has effectively handed over the territory of Belarus to Russia's occupation.

- Until Lukashenko's regime is punished, Belarus remains a source of danger for Europe. It is a threat to Kiev, Vilnius, Warsaw, Riga and the whole of Europe. The year 2020 was a chance to stop Lukashenko once and for all - the world did not take it.

Five years later, Lukashenko's regime continues to commit crimes against its own citizens and other countries and cooperate with Russia and other authoritarian regimes - China, North Korea and Iran," the deputies emphasized.
