Sikorsky responded to Trump.
Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has commented on the words of US President Donald Trump on the violation of Polish airspace by Russian drones. The American president said it could have been a "mistake". On Friday morning, Sikorski posted a recording from Kiev in which he again commented on the Russian attack, TVN24 reported.

U.S. President Donald Trump, responding to a question about Russian drones violating Polish airspace, assessed that "it could have been a mistake." "Regardless, I'm not happy with anything that has to do with this whole situation, but I hope it ends," he added.
This was only Trump's second public comment on the intrusion of Russian drones into Polish airspace. On Wednesday, he expressed surprise over the incident in a post on the social media network Truth Social. "What's going on with Russia violating Polish airspace with drones? Here we go! (English "Here we go!")," he wrote.
Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski reacted to Trump's words. "No, it was not a mistake," he wrote on Platform X.

On Friday morning, the foreign minister posted a video on X captioned "report from Kiev," in which Poland's ambassador to Ukraine Peter Lukaszewicz says that damage to the Polish embassy and consulate has been repaired after the latest drone and missile strike on Kiev. "We are working normally under these conditions," the diplomat adds. "On the night when 19 Russian drones flew over Poland, 400 flew over Ukraine, plus 40 missiles. These were not mistakes," Sikorski states on the recording.
