Lukashenko Is Not Restless With Drones

Belarus toughens responsibility for civilian UAVs.

"Palatka" adopted amendments to the codes, which concern toughening of responsibility for the use of civilian drones and aircraft models.

In particular, the draft document provides for criminal liability for:

- import into the territory of the Republic of Belarus, storage, circulation, manufacture and operation of civilian UAVs and aircraft models in violation of the requirements of the legislation, committed within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty for the same violations.
