Ukraine's defense forces have attacked the locations of a secret Russian Rubicon unit in Donetsk region with FP-2 strike drones.
Four FP-2 drones were used in the attack, the OSINT community CyberBoroshno reported.
"Four FP-2s hit the location of the Rubicon unit in the locality of Ukrainsk," the report said.
The community's telegram channel also released a video showing the drones taking off and hitting the target accurately.
In addition, the osinters specified that the distance from the site of the strike on the Rubicon unit to the line of contact is about 20 kilometers.
In occupied Ukrainsk, Russians from the Rubicon unit have set up positions in residential houses and administrative buildings.
It should be noted that FP-2 is a Ukrainian middle strike drone developed by Fire Point, which is also the manufacturer of Flamingo cruise missiles.
The FP-2 drones are used to hit frontline targets at a distance of up to 200 kilometers. They are capable of destroying both stationary objects in autonomous guidance mode and mobile targets under the control of the operator. These UAVs have an enlarged warhead weighing 105 kg and can be launched from both stationary and mobile launchers.
