US President Donald Trump will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and leaders of ten other countries on Tuesday, September 23, White House press secretary Caroline Leavitt announced.

She said Trump will travel to New York City at night ahead of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

"On Tuesday, the president will deliver an important speech about the renewed U.S. strength in the world, his historic accomplishments in just eight months, among them ending seven global wars and conflicts," Leavitt asserted.

The White House said Trump will also touch on how global institutions have "severely damaged the world order" and explain "his clear and constructive vision for the world," the spokesman says.

The US president will also hold bilateral meetings with the UN secretary general and the leaders of Argentina and the EU.
