Ukraine has Trump's support for strikes on Russian targets.
Russian officials working in the Kremlin will have to find where the nearest bomb shelter is if Russia does not stop the war.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this in an interview with Axios.
He said Ukraine now has the clear support of US President Donald Trump to strike Russian targets such as energy infrastructure and weapons factories.
He also added that Ukraine will receive additional long-range weapons from the US and use them. However, he did not say what kind of weapons he was talking about, adding that Trump responded to him by saying, "We'll work on it."
Zelensky also noted that Ukraine would not bomb civilians because "we are not terrorists." But he hinted that centers of Russian power, such as the Kremlin, could well become targets.
"They need to know where the bomb shelters are. They need to know that. If they don't stop the war, they're going to need that anyway. They need to know that we in Ukraine will respond on a daily basis. If they attack us, we will answer them," he said.
