Ammunition From Arsenals In Gomel Region Is Exported To Russia

The arsenals of the Gomel region remain donors for the Russian army.
Shortly after the information appeared that a large shipment of ammunition was imported from Russia to Belarus, it turned out that the reverse process was also taking place on the same dates, writes "Flagstaff".
At the same time with the import of a significant amount of explosive materials (VM) to Belarus, in the period from September 1 to 17, 2025 from the stations of Russian Railways, empty railcars were issued and sent to the arsenals of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus for loading of explosive materials (ammunition) with subsequent shipment to Russia for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
It was reported by the "Community of Railwaymen of Belarus" and specified that the owner and sender of empty cars - JSC "Federal Freight Company. Recipients - arsenals, warehouses and ammunition bases of the Defense Ministry, including those in Gomel region.

In particular, it is the station Dobrush (Gomel branch of Belarusian Railways), where 17 empty cars, including 10 gondola cars and 7 boxcars, were sent from Moscow and Northern Railway stations to the 43rd arsenal of missiles and ammunition (V/Ch 11724).
At the Tsentrolit station in Gomel, 21 empty cars, including 16 boxcars and 5 gondola cars, were shipped from Moscow Railway stations to the 1393rd artillery ammunition depot (V/Ch 52208).

According to preliminary data, the supply of empty cars for shells and their loading continues. For example, on September 25, another group of 10 boxcars owned by JSC "FGK" was recorded at Pribor station in Gomel district. Pribor station is directly adjacent to the access road to the 1393rd artillery ammunition depot (V/Ch 52208).
The publication notes that the mentioned arsenals and bases store and maintain (according to the profile and open data):
- 43rd arsenal of rockets and ammunition (Dobrush, V/Ch 11724) - a wide range of artillery, small arms and rocket ammunition (including rocket nomenclature).including MLRS/TUK missile nomenclature, components), gunpowder/pyrotechnical compositions, ammunition components (fuzes, containers, closures). Official container disposal and maintenance activities are noted. Also categorized as a major multipurpose site. UN Hazard Class: 1.1-1.3.
- 1393rd Artillery Ammunition Depot (Tsentrolit/Pribor, V/Ch 52208) - storage of artillery/rifle ammunition and missile nomenclature in TUK (by implication), powder/BB and ammunition elements; supply of regional units. UN hazard class: 1.1-1.3.
From these and other arsenals, bases and warehouses earlier - in 2022-2023 - mass removal of ammunition for the needs of the Russian army has already been carried out.
According to the "Community of Railwaymen of Belarus", a total of at least 66 railcars have already been submitted for loading during September 2025: 30 gondola cars and 36 boxcars.
