A complex of real estate objects with a total area of almost 12 thousand square meters was put up for electronic auction in Mozyr district.

The initial price of the lot was significantly reduced and is now about 1 million 838 thousand rubles (more than $605 thousand).

According to "Flagstaff", this is commercial real estate, owned by OJSC "Mozyrpromstroy". The property is pledged by OJSC "Sber-Bank".

The complex put up for sale consists of workshop buildings, warehouses, administrative and household complex. Even the building of a checkpoint is for sale.

This is probably how the once successful enterprise, which is now undergoing rehabilitation, wants to pay off old debts. It has been struggling with the crisis for eight years, as the newspaper of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee reported:

"The leading construction enterprise of the region began to experience an acute financial crisis in 2017. Customers did not pay for the work performed. The difficult situation was aggravated by the reduction in the volume of construction. Debts to suppliers of construction materials and subcontractor organizations were formed. In order to pay wages on time, the company had to attract a significant amount of credit resources at high interest rates, but it was no longer possible to repay them in time. The total amount including accrued interest amounted to more than 12 million rubles. "Mozyrpromstroi" was recognized economically insolvent and started the process of its financial rehabilitation".

A year ago, it was reported that thanks to the launched rehabilitation procedure "the company has the opportunity to buy new equipment, sell unused, put up for auction buildings not involved in the economic turnover".

At the end of March 2025, the Economic Court of Gomel region terminated the bankruptcy case of the organization. The reason was the approval of the amicable settlement agreement, under which the debtor's obligations to creditors were postponed and paid in installments.

The organization continues its activities and receives new orders. In September 2025, Mozyrpromstroi started work on the territory of the future Neftestroiteley microdistrict.
