The Polish side began to pass more cars coming from Belarus. This information, based on the analysis of data before the border closure and after the resumption of the border crossing points shared by the State Customs Committee.
Reminder, the Polish side resumed the passage of vehicles across the border on the night of September 25.
- Currently, there is a positive dynamics in the reception of passenger cars by the neighboring side compared to the period before the temporary closure of the border by Poland," noted in the SCC. - Thus, over the past day, Polish controlling services have processed half of the possible number of cars arriving from Belarus through the checkpoint "Brest. They managed to get 815 cars to the neighboring side, while two weeks ago this figure averaged up to 500 cars. In our country, the controlling services of Poland allowed 690 passenger cars, while earlier on some days they processed half as many cars.
The situation with cargo vehicles traveling through the Belarusian checkpoint "Kozlovichi" is at the level of the period before the border closure. Over the past 24 hours, 680 cars managed to cross the border in the direction of Poland, while 400 trucks entered Belarus.
It is reported that at present 2360 cars and 550 trucks are registered in the electronic queue to leave Belarus.
According to the State Border Committee, this morning, 2360 cars and 7 buses are registered in front of the only available for cars Polish checkpoint "Terespol" ("Brest").
- For 24 hours, the opposite side has accepted 52% of cars on its territory from the norm, - noted in the State Border Committee.
In the morning, 120 cars are waiting to enter Lithuania in front of the border crossings "Šalčininkai" ("Beniakoni") and "Miadininkai" ("Kamenny Log").
More than 2380 trucks are fixed in front of European checkpoints.
- Over the past day, control services of the Polish checkpoint "Kukuryki" ("Kozlovichi") have cleared 58% of the norm, - said the CPC. - The busiest route for trucks to enter the EU is through the border crossing "Paternieki" ("Hryhorivshchyna") - 650 units. During the week, the neighboring side let through 42% of trucks from the norm. The least amount of transport was let through at "Miadininkai" ("Kamenny Log"). Its employees have been processing 14% of heavy trucks from the norm on average every day since Monday. There are 600 trucks in front of the border crossing "Šalčininkai" ("Beniakoni"). Only 25% of trucks from the norm passed through this border crossing point to Lithuania during 4 days.
