The dictator has clearly gone overboard in his sycophancy.
During his participation in the atomic forum in Moscow on September 25, the ruler of Belarus clearly overdid it, scattering his gratitude to the Russian leadership.
"Global Atomic Forum" was not really a global forum, but a propaganda event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Russia's nuclear industry, which was attended by a few representatives of other states.
Alexander Lukashenko, as usual, decided to play along with the Russian leadership, thanking them for the construction of the nuclear power plant in Ostrovets.
But he clearly overdid it, turning his speech into a comedy. The Kommersant newspaper tactfully wrote that Lukashenko "was the center of general attention at the forum."
For example, Lukashenko said that Belarus had built not only the most modern, but also "the most beautiful plant." He noted that he "does not know" another "such country" as Russia, which could provide a loan for the construction of nuclear power plants and share advanced technologies.
The number of words of "thank you" uttered by Lukashenko on this day is incalculable. The ruler also publicly thanked specific Russian officials - "Seryozha" (Sergei Kirienko, first deputy head of the Russian presidential administration) and "Alexei" (Alexei Likhachev, head of Rosatom).
The flood of words of gratitude that came out of Lukashenko's mouth was so disproportionate and out of place that the high-ranking officials did not hide their smiles.

Only Putin tried his best to hold back, hiding his eyes in his desk.
